Our Beliefs
Door of Faith is a non-denominational Christian home. Although we are not affiliated with any one denomination, we work together with a number of Christian churches to build a strong spiritual base for our children.

We believe in the fundamental doctrines of orthodox evangelical Christianity.
​
We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture, that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.
​
We believe that God is eternally existent in three separate persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
​
We believe that God is the personal, transcendent, and sovereign Creator of all things.
​
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully Human, that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, provided for the atonement of our sins by His death on the Cross, was bodily resurrected by the power of the Holy Spirit, ascended back to the right hand of God the Father
We believe that all people are by nature separate from God and responsible for their own sin, but that salvation, redemption, and forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. In daily application of our beliefs we are very actively involved with a local nondenominational Christian church and attend as a family every Sunday.

As in any Christian family, prayer is a very important part of our day here, before school, at meals, at bedtime, and for special needs. We have regular Bible memory verses for our children and incorporate our faith into our daily lives.

The very reason we are here is to serve our Lord Jesus Christ through serving and seeking Him; our ultimate goal here is to raise responsible Christian adults.

Although we are a Christian home, we are open to working with any organization that shares our vision to help the children of Baja.
