Join Our Volunteer Staff
Are you looking for an opportunity to serve in the mission field? Are you humble, hardworking, teachable, trustworthy and self-motivated? If so, you might be a great fit for our volunteer staff at Door of Faith. We are currently looking to bring on a couple new volunteers to live onsite and serve here full-time working with our visiting groups and kids.
What does being a volunteer look like?
Host Groups
You will help visiting groups plan their trips, take care of them while they're onsite, give tours, and clean campgrounds. You will make sure your groups are equipped for the time they spend with us.
Use Your Gifts
We are excited to see what unique gifts and passions you will bring to the table to bless our kids, staff, and groups. Are you passionate about something? Teach it to our kids!
Live in Community
Our volunteers are provided housing onsite at the orphanage which means you will likely live in a house with other volunteers and will spend lots of time with our kids.
In a nutshell, our volunteers are here to support our amazing Mexican staff, our kids, and each other.
We are looking for volunteers who will be committed to the well-being of our staff and kids, are willing to learn, hardworking, and follow through on their commitments. Typically our volunteers range in age from 18-29 years old. If you are interested in stepping up to this position, we'd love to hear from you! Please feel free to fill out the application below and email it to us. After submitting your application, you will also need to have two references submitted on your behalf.
If you have any questions, please reach out!

How long do volunteers serve with Door of Faith? We prefer our volunteers to make a year long commitment to serving here, however we also consider 6 month commitments. We also reserve the right to shorten these commitments based on your initial 30 day trial period. We would be happy to talk through this with you in the interview portion of our application process and find the right fit for you.
